At RAABB, every piece is made-to-order or custom-crafted just for you. As a result, we follow a strict no-refund policy. However, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us, so we do offer conditional exchanges in certain cases.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders, unless:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • You have a genuine sizing issue, and the piece is eligible for an exchange
  • Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or fit are expected and do not qualify as defects.

 Exchange Process

If your order qualifies for an exchange:

Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item via email at [insert brand email].

Include:

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage/defect claims)
  • Clear photos of the issue

Our team will evaluate the claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

Once approved, you must return the item unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact within 7 days.

Note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Custom-sized or personalized orders
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The ordered item is out of stock and cannot be produced
  • A manufacturing defect or wrong item is verified and we cannot offer a replacement
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Alteration Support

For sizing issues that don’t qualify for exchange, we offer paid alteration services. Shipping charges are borne by the customer. Please contact us for availability and timelines.
