You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian to place an order.
3. Products & Services
All products are made-to-order or custom-made. Slight variations may occur in color, detailing, or fit due to the handmade and personalized nature of our pieces.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in INR and include GST.
- We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, and supported wallets.
- Payment may be completed at the time of placing an order or cash on delivery.
5. Order Processing & Delivery
- Once placed, orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
- Standard dispatch time for made-to-order items: 7-14 business days.
- Delivery timelines vary by location. We partner with Shiprocket for domestic logistics.
- RAABB is not responsible for delays due to external factors (e.g., courier issues, customs, natural events).
6. Custom Orders
- For fully customized pieces, a design and sizing consultation is part of the process.
- Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- We reserve the right to decline requests that are not aligned with our design language.
7. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
- Exchanges are only possible in cases of sizing issues or damage, reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, graphics, and other content on this site are the intellectual property of RAABB. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without prior written permission.
